This didn't happen to me, but did happen to a buddy.

Bases loaded, 2 outs, 2 strikes on batter.  Batter swings at 3rd strike, ball hits him in chest during swing, bounces off batter, rolls to backstop, all runners, including BR advance.  Ruling?  FED.

Dead ball strike 3. Same in all codes.

Once a pitch hits a batter, the pitch ends and the ball is dead. The pitch is then ruled on accordingly.

The swing also has to be ruled on. The OP implies a swing but maybe his buddy ruled no swing which can happen in these situations.  Still dead ball though.

The Federation rules that cover this are: 7-2-1b  A strike is charged to the batter when…a pitch is struck at and missed (even if the pitch touches the batter); and rule 5-1-1a:  Ball becomes dead immediately when…a pitch touches a batter or his clothing…1. The ball becomes dead even though the batter strikes at it.

The supporting case book play is 5.1.1 Situation E.
