The chapter member that is to present dead ball rules at our next meeting (not me) is looking for a video or powerpoint presentation on HS baseball dead ball/delay dead ball rules. Does anyone know where there is one ?

In one of my searches I found a PowerPoint presentation created by a John Hickey in 2012. I did not download it so I can't tell you what exactly it covered. The title is Rule 5: Dead Ball--Suspension of Play.

A couple of other possibilities: a website called videoump owned by Al Kaplon. I took a quick look at the videos he was offering for sale and I don't think there is anything you could use. But if you contacted Mr. Kaplon he might be able to help you. You could also check out Referee magazine's website or arbitersports and go to the NFHS Central Hub.
