Do you wait till the other teams complain or do you say something?

I don't think he makes it to the mound with that glove.....Unless it takes me longer than that to stop laughing and compose myself before I tell him he's got to be kidding.

Guys, it's not a pitcher's glove. It's designed for an infielder (note the I-web). Pitching gloves are fitted with a basket web, split-web, or a mod-trap web and are usually 12" (this looks to be 11.5").

I doubt any serious pitcher would bring this to the mound with him. Most know the rules about white leather.

Used to be that a pitcher's gloves could contain no white at all (except for portions of the manufacturer's label). A while back they amended the rule to allow white lacing. But the glove itself can't be white or light gray.

The rules I can find don't support that.  Where is this written?

2015 Fed Casebook

1.3.6 F1 prepares to pitch a is wearing a glove that has (a) white laces, (b) gray piping, and (c) manufacturer's white logo.

RULING: In (a), (b), and (c), upon discovery, the glove must be removed from the game.

2015 OBR

3.07 (1.15) Pitcher’s Glove
(a) The pitcher’s glove may not, exclusive of piping, be white,
gray, nor, in the judgment of an umpire, distracting in any man-
ner. No fielder, regardless of position, may use a fielding glove
that falls within a PANTONE ® color set lighter than the current
14-series.
