Yeah, that's usually why they get dumped.  They ("rats"...managers and coaches, alike) say something the umpire doesn't particularly care for.

At the professional level, you'll hear more about horse excrement than that which comes from a bull.  And it is usually preceded by a reproductive verb masked as an adjective. As in..."that's f-----g horses--t!!!", Steven McCatty.

You might not have meant it this way, but this phrase makes the standard sound rather arbitrary to newer umpires. Personal insults and prolonged arguing are usually what get someone tossed in pro ball, as well as specific violations like arguing balls and strikes or a balk. At our levels (but not for pro ball) we eject for audible profanity (audible to the fans). So it matters why the umpire doesn't care for the remarks.

This EJ looks bad for Blaser, since Catty was walking away. Makes the umpire look too sensitive, though Catty surely said magic words that deserved ejection.
