Because my home state team was in the finals, I was removed from the championship game (bummer).  In fact, I own a business located in the same town as the ALWS champions.  What are the odds?  I get my first world series assignment and the team from my town makes the finals...and it was the first team from SC to make the finals since 1936.  Oh well.

Anyways, as for the balk, I did not see it.  I was bending down getting water bottles out of the cooler to run them out on to the field to the guys.  (Yup, I was getting on the field in the championship game one way or another!)  I haven't watched the replay yet, either.

bummer about getting pulled, I just finished watching the game and paused it at around 33 min to come back to this thread to find out which one of the guys you were.  Nice game for the SC boys
