Hey All,

Does anyone know anything about the All Star FM25TI?  I did a search and found nothing - I apologize if this has been discussed previously.  It looks like a great mask.  Any input is appreciated.  Thanks!

I have one. I like it. Whether you do is going to be dependent on what you want, though. I don't think it's necessarily the lightest nor has the best vision, but it suits me.

I find it hard to believe that All Star FM 25 didn't bring up any posts, because this mask it discussed a lot!  It's a great frame,...and even though it's considered a 'double bar' ...the vision is fine!  The bars at the eyes are "I" beams so they're flat.   If you find an FM25 cheap on ebay and have it powedercoated.....  (standard Fm25's have a rubber coating like the Wilson Dyna-Lites) .... it'll only be a fraction heavier than a Ti.   However, ...to each his own.

I have two different Fm25's ... I love them.  I don't own a Ti though, but it's the same frame shape

I have a FM25TI and an FM25 Steel.  They are my only masks.  I rotate them based on my mood.

The TI is a little different shape.  The ears are bigger by about the diameter of wire.  There is about 3oz difference in the weight.  There is a recent redesign of the FM25TI but  I have not seen that yet.  The TI uses round bars not the flat bars.

My FM25 steel was not rubber coated.  Powder coated from the factory.

I really like the LUC pads.  I tried the TW but did not care for them.

I have taken some real "good" shots and suffered no ill effects.  I trust this mask completely.

I would imagine the regular one doesn't weigh that much to begin with.  Heard good things about the All Star masks.

Thank you all for the information!  Thunderhead - I did find posts on the FM25 just not the Ti version.  (That may be because I didn't do a proper term search).  Boyinr - thank you for the detailed response - glad to hear I'm not the only one who switches masks based on mood!

no problem!   the search issue could be the new format of the site too ........... and .... FM25 posts will have the Ti info within (usually) :)

correct.

And ...  All-Star has their own air cannon with which they test their own masks!  Who else does this?  A: no one
