Yep.

Is there a point to your post?    Is there something to discuss?

Not trying to be an A-hole....I just didn't see anything worthy of debating.

Replay overturned the out, I think that's certainly worth discussion.

Yeah, there is a point to my post.  This was overturned on replay.  I think the fact that the runner didn't give himself up when that's what everybody in the stadium thought he would do surprised the plate umpire and caused him to miss the call.

Yep.

Thank you @T-Rav for seeing my purpose for posting this video.

Thanks for the double-slam AND quote-slam.   That's awesome!   I nominate you for.... :FIRE:

I'm not able to see your vid and that there was a replay.  I got to see Maven's vid, but not the others...and therein lies my problem.  I can't get the vid you posted, to play.

It's my error, not yours, but I still thank you so very much for the double quote-slam.   NICE.

Whoops, I meant T-Rav!!  :-)

See, I can't see Maven's....but I can see mine.  Weird.

I suppose Molina (assuming he was F2) could've come up the line to make the tag.  However, I think it's a bit of a Bush League (at least Little League) move by Pearce sliding instead of giving himself up knowing he was a dead duck.  But, he didn't do anything illegal.

I'm wondering if the Rays F1 didn't tell him so during his next AB...

Replay overturning that out is ridiculous. Next time that happens, F2 goes to puts a hard tag on R's chest, R slides late, hard tag goes to the face, back of the head slams into the dirt, dugouts/bullpens empty, it becomes the lead story on sports center where F2 is the villain.
