Haven't been able to connect since March 1.  They either lost their server account or domain name. Or both.

That's really odd.  I've had no problem getting in.  Ever. 

 

They still have their server account and domain name.

Oops... we recently migrated to a new server. Looks like we missed something in the migration, since they shut the old one down on March 1.
