My primary tournrnament location has started streaming games all day durring tournaments and archiving the games for a few weeks after.  I have 4 games on a web cam field today and I invite any and all to watch and offer criticisim, and comments.  Please also  if you leave a comment also leave the time you saw it happen so I can go back and review.  Streaming starts @ 7 AM , and my games are at 8, 1015, 245, and 5 all Pacific Time .  I have the bases in the morning and the plate for the championship in the afternoon.

That's awesome! I'm going to recommend this to our league director. Also, this is a decent way to evaluate umpires. 

 

I recently set up my own video camera in the press box for a birds eye view of myself behind the dish. I thought it was really helpful to watch myself; timing, in/out pitches, mechanics, etc. I suggest trying it sometime!

What age level is this???  In AZ, catchers must have a HSM for all FED games and 12U and below USSSA.

On break right now, I had the first 2 on the bases.  

 

12 U and below must wear HSM , first 2  games were 14 U .  On the dish and moving to firld 2 for the 245 and 5 PM 16 U games.

Ok.  The only thing I noticed when I was watching was that your partner gave both teams alot of time between innings.  I think one time i counted 9-10 pitches.....

I umpire at the same complex. Will let you guys know when I'm on field 1, 2, 5, or 6. Although most of the time I'm off in the boondocks doing baby ball (9s - 11s).

I'm watching a game from 8-25 Field 1. Can you give me an identifier on your uniform that would tell me it's you? Side note: I forgot how much I disliked working all dirt infields. Ugh...

 

What is that on top of the umpire hats, sitting on the brim of the visors? What do your hats say on the front? (nevermind...sunglasses).

The game on 8/25 at i worked on field 1 was the last game that day . We had A 6 pm start time .  I was the pu wearing black .
I also had the last 4 games on field 5 today (14U) . 1230 and 245 on the bases and 5 pm  and 7 15 pm  i had the plate .
