Also, isn't it funny .... the Braves bench is pissed, and the guy who didn't retouch doesn't even know the rule, ...it's crazy isn't it???

Yeah, the Braves immediately think they must have been screwed by the umpires.  It's always the umpires that are wrong.   

 

Yet, it's exactly true that many of the players do not know the rules.

 

Scully needs an award...or another award!  He's the man.
