Mathmatically speaking yes, but there are to many HTBT moments in that hypothetical. I have to many assumtions. I have to assume I can call the strike and safe at home at same time. 

 

But yes, in slow motion in a prefect world it would be a timing play and run would count.

The player crossed home at the time of pitchers releasing the ball. There was a full second in between player crossing home and pitch crossing the plate. This is not a hypothetical. One of my players did this yesterday. Umps talked and run counted but I got the feeling that they were not 100 percent positive of the call.
