Cats, do you know of a 13/14 rules set somewhere that ALLOWS catchers to be trucked ? Because I've never seen one.

Actually, straight Pony league does allow this as long as the contact is not unsportsmanlike and he is attempting to get to the plate. It is very similar to OBR in this regard but there is a little more restriction since it is kids. However, in the OP, there is no need for any contact unless incidental.

I agree that MC is a HTBT, trucking a catcher, by definition, means to crash, roll, lower your shoulder into, or name whatever your action and is malicious.
