Two years ago my wife and I woke up at O' dark thirty to get prepared for Christmas to wake up before the kids and having our obnoxiously huge breakfast spread ready for the children and all of our parents who were also going to arrive before the kids got up to see them be amazed at what Santa had brought them. Waking up getting this breakfast feast ready and having guests all before the children wake up is a major task.

When we got downstairs my wife asked me to turn on some Christmas music for us as we worked and the family as they arrived. I turned on the Direct TV guide and saw one of the music channels was listed as "Novelty Christmas Music" and selected that thinking we'd hear classics like "Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer" or Porky Pig's "Blue Christmas" the Chipmunks etc...

My wife and I were working away and couldn't hear the music. My in-laws arrive. They have a seat in the living room and I got back to working in the kitchen only for a few minutes when I hear, "Warren, what is this we're listening to?"

"Oh, just some fun Christmas music I thought would be nice and the kids will like it too." I knew something was up because my father-in-law was laughing and my mother-in-law was giving me an evil look.

I walk in the living room to see what's going on and hear, "I saw daddy F:censored:ing Santa Claus..." I was laughing with my father-in-law and instead of changing it I called my wife over to listen to this, much to her mothers disapproval. We're having a good laugh about it when in walk my mother and her husband and all but one of us is laughing. So to egg it on :HS I say, "Oh yeah this is [my daughter]'s favorite." Having never heard this song before.

The next song was, "Santa Claus is coming and he's going to kick your ass..."

We were laughing so hard I think we woke the kids, so I grabbed the remote quickly to change the channel. Wouldn't you know when I changed the channel it was playing "Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer" and I sarcastically remarked, "This is much more appropriate." I got jabbed in the ribs as my wife stole the remote and put on traditional Christmas Music"

My wife and I were just talking about this and thought I'd share...

My parents recently added on to their house and my dad got a new big, flat screen. My family and I were over there one night for dinner and he was showing us all his new toy, the satellite receiver. He was rolling through all 10, 874 channels and ended on the adult channels. He started to tell a little more about it and while he was doing that he kept getting questions on the screen if he was wanting to accept. He wasn't sure what the thing was asking. He pressed a series of buttons and turned it back to a music channel for dinner. In the middle of dinner, my oldest sons eyes were as big as his dinner plate and he was staring at the new big screen tv. We all looked at what was so fascinating and see two women enjoying the company of each other without their clothes. My dad jumped up and fumbled the remote trying to turn the channel. It was hysterical. My dad said he 'had no idea how that happened.' Riiiggghhhttt...:HD:
