During the 2011 season, 11 of the starting 14 umpires moved up into the summer rookie leagues of MiLB.

7 of the original 14 umpires have been promoted to either the Arizona League or Gulf Coast League.... 2 additional umpires were promoted from the CPL after the season was over in 2011.

On August 4, 2012 Cody Waterhouse worked his first game in the AZL right after the CPL regular season ended Aug. 2....8 promoted from CPL

On August 6, 2012 Brad Polk and Richard Riley worked their first games in the GCL---10 promoted from CPL

I just saw that, I heard it was Edenton who was losing their team. I wonder if Elizabeth City will get their team still next year??? That would be very convenient to me.
