Ump Attire Ultimate Shirt

I bought an Ultimate Umpire Shirt from Ump Attire. I've worn it twice and I looked at it earlier today and it is completley ruined. It is snagged under the arm where my mask rests. I am not talking about a few snags, there are many. I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else. I really like the material over the Honigs shirts that I have been wearing for years so I am very dissapointed with this.

I had the same thing happen with the only one I bought from them last year. I returned it and they gave me a refund, no problems. Send Anessa an email or call them and they will make it right, their service is outstanding.

I love the ultimates as well I have noticed some snags. I am not sure if is an isolated batch of shirts or what. Part of my problem was a bur on my mask. You might call them. Great service.

i had it happen no matter what shirt i wore from the velcro on the mask, so i put tape over all the velcro closures and i dont have that anymore

What masks and pads do you have? I've had this same problem. It happened with the Smitty shirts as well, but the UA shirts were by far the worst.

Then maybe it is the velcro from the wilson wrap arounds... I had the problem with a Diamond mask and Wilson wraparounds - I thought it was the mask.

I wasn't sure it if was my mask or my CP (Douglas). When I returned mine they said they thought they had a batch of defective fabric. Loved the look and feel of the shirt but for the cost I thought the fabric was too fragile and resistance to snags and picks was one of the marketing points they had.

I love UA, but, I did not have good luck with the Ultimate shirts either. Snags, picks, and faded rather quickly.

I only have one UA shirt (black), and I think it is fading quickly too. My other black shirt is a Smitty and I thought it was fading, but the UA is worse when they're held up next to each other.

Just discovered the Velcro on my Wilson memory foam pads are doing this to all my shirts
