I'm coming up empty on finding a paper copy of the latest MLBUM. I know the Evans Academy site used to sell them but they don't appear to anymore. Does anybody have a lead on where to find it?

I was told back in December that ABUA would have the MLBUM again.

Last time they came out, it was August before I found one.

Get the WUM. It has PBUC and MLBUM rulings. I didn't check to see if they were all in there.

I checked the umpireschool.com site and they don't have a link to purchase it. So the next thing to so is to send an email to admin(at)umpireschool(dot)com, and they will send you an invoice that you can pay via paypal.

They don't like money very much, so they make it hard to give them any. :shrug:

Have any of you noticed any differences between the 2010 and 2012 manuals?

The MLBUM I got from ABUA is just the rules interpretations. Same elsewhere?

Yep, the last two, 2010 and 2012 are just rules interpretations.

The 2009 one that I got on ebay is the real deal with everything in it.

MLB seems to think that we don't need the other stuff so they put this little ditty together.

Got mine today and I will say I was disappointed with it. It does have some good stuff. I need to get it put on my iPhone now.

I am glad I didn't pay more than $10 for it.

I have copies of the 2007 procedures and interrpretation and 2009 edition also after that i believe that they

got smaller.
