G’day from Huntington Beach, California!

I just discovered this site and my first impression is that I have stumbled upon umpiring Shangri-La.

We are a baseball family. My wife, Kathy, is the president of Robinwood Little League. My oldest son, Aaron (Cub), played Little League from Minor B on, made TOC & All Stars, is a freshman pitcher and first baseman for Ocean View High School, and was called up this year to Varsity for CIF; Ocean View beat Bonita 2-1 to win the championship during the CIF-SS Division 3 Championship at Diamond Stadium on Saturday, June 5, 2010, in Lake Elsinore. My youngest, Adam (A-Bomb), stated Little League on Minor C, loves playing right field & pitcher, and hard earned his Combat B3 Da Bomb this year. Our daughters, Kaylee (KK) & Angela (Sparky), are master scorekeepers and champion cheerleaders for their brothers. As for me, I am a three time D62 Certified Umpire who’d rather be on the field than in the office.

And I am a junkie, a Little League baseball rules junkie that is. For example, in order to satisfy my insatiable craving to master green book rules, I created a site called www.GreenBookRules.com. The idea here is to help volunteers (including myself) of Little League master the playing rules.

I look forward to the fellowship and wisdom to be discovered here.

Welcome! I was born a long time ago :Spit_20Laugh: in Westminster and we lived right down the street from St. Bonaventure School (Lourdes Blvd.) until I was 4.

This is a great site and many days you will feel like you are tapping into a pot of gold.

Roger, welcome to the site. We've heard a bit about your website. While I'm not a LL umpire, the site was very nicely done.
