Throat Guard Question

I have seen several mlb plate guys wearing a throat guard similar to the one attached. It looks to be made of metal similar to the masks we wear...although I wear silver now. I found this picture through an old message board post...it is from a Japanese company.

Any Idea where we can buy one in the States...

Although I have seen an umpire (don't know who) wearing a shock FX throat guard on their face mask. I thought it looked ok.
