  1. Is verbal int. a dead ball or can runners advance in Fed rules?
  2. Where is the FREE MLB clinic yall are talking about? can someone post a link?
  3. Was that pester Parker AKA Spiderman
  4. So who is it you know that's taking you to the next level This guy he knows all the rules but he dosent know how to apply them. Good umpire knowledge just a bad umpire all around. Zing:) haha. You probly don't know him.
  5. You can avoid all of this if you don't verbally call obstruction and just signal it. 99% of the time coaches won't even know you have it until the play is over.
  6. I agree thats fair because the runners most likely would have advanced, but I would have sent them back. In my mind it's the same thing as if the offensive team had a ball from their bucket causing confusion. On deck batter should have done something more responsible with the ball.
  7. Honig's with team Windys after taking a few shots off the mask its like a dream come true. Can't feel a thing.
  8. Thats aweful I can't believe they changed the call I had the kid out all day. You call it tripping I call it an attempt at second. just Kidding but thats really embarrassing. what age group was this in?
  9. yeah I did it for an inning when my partner was late, the coaches asked if they wanted me to let them watch the lines. I scarcastically laughed and said absolutely not.
  10. I'm in the same situation I called HS ball this past season, and I am going to try and dig into college ball this year a little. I'm really excited for the opportunity. Remember it's all about who you know and who knows you, so get your name out there, and bigger and better opportunities will come your way.
  11. this coming weekend will be my first with my Honig's mask and team Wendy pads I can't wait I might just take the dish the entire weekend.
  12. A suicide squeeze is bad baseball? Im sorry but in what world do you pull back on a "suicide squeeze" that was a dumb comment
  13. haha thats great. I hate with coaches leave kids in that cant hold it together. have they never watched League of Their Own "Are you crying? There's no crying in BASEBALL!"
  14. I have not noticed these issues
  15. on shop.mlb.com its $15 per ball thats 150000 balls on average I dont know if that factory is in America but each worker should make on average 33 balls a day. How does this area opperate in the green with all of the over head? I guess Rawlings Makes up for it in other areas, or else these people are not making any money per hour. just an observation.
