This CP was completely refurbished by Douglas. It has new rivets, all new Velcro and new pad. It is in like new condition. If you are a fan of this model, you will not find one cleaner than this. T-hooks included. Price includes shipping to lower 48.

These were ordered custom for MLB umpires through the Mizuno Japan Custom Program…. If you want a pair, it can be done but it’s gonna cost you about 260 bucks… You’ll have to find somebody who can get them shipped from Japan.

So I was given this chest protector for free… And I use it during the summer… I switched all the hardware out… I wish Wilson would go to stainless steel hardware… Their stuff rusts like a mother…. And they should switch to plastic hardware on their shins…

Well, you get a saddle seat whether you get base or plate on the Mizuno… They are very dark, flat front. The material is thin… thinner than Smitty, but I don’t know about Gerry Davis. For the price point it’s a good pant. I would say it’s a good summer pant for high heat. The belt loop that goes in between the ball bags is a little off center… I had to remove them and reposition them. Lucky I own a sewing machine… But don’t tell anybody I own a sewing machine. I have a reputation to protect…..

This is what I did.. I bought some silicone laces for the top and went with 36” laces..

I received this jacket from Purchase with the full intention of having my tailor install a drawstring. Much to my surprise it came with one. If you order one from a vendor I would call and have them physically check for the drawstring. Many vendors buy stock deep and the non drawstring and the new could be mixed….

Full disclosure, I was sent this belt for free to test out. I have worn many of belts… I own them all. I primarily wear a Mizuno Power Belt on the plate. This is the new “go to” belt for the plate.
