grayhawk Posted April 27 Report Posted April 27 I hate to bring any attention to a piece of crap that is monetizing the "mistakes" of MLB umpires, but this post is a great example of a jackass that posts a slow motion video of a play, claims that it was an "obviously incorrect call," and get it 100% wrong. We all know that these plays are some of the hardest to judge (did it hit his hand or his bat?), but PU absolutely NAILS this call. At .42, you can clearly see his hand protector shudder as the ball hits it, but neither the announcers, nor this POS "Umpire Auditor" can see that even when given multiple chances to review it. I lit him up in the comments, but I guarantee he won't be man enough to admit he was wrong. https://x.com/UmpireAuditor/status/1916065686704820382 3 Quote
The Man in Blue Posted April 27 Report Posted April 27 What?! A "content creator" on a "social platform" who is just pissing into the wind and blowing hot air to "create" content" but doesn't know what they are talking about? Sorry, won't click, but I share and appreciate your sentiment! Sadly, these are the people that find an audience when valuable, informative pieces of media never catch on. 6 Quote

For clarity (to ID the pest), it’s not a singular dooshbag (msp. intentionally), but a multi-pack of dooshbags. Much like JomBoy has become, or the Dan Patrick Show has grown into… but in the same guttural, sewer pipe realm of “media” (and that’s slanderous to sewer pipes, because they’re purposeful), their best analog is TMZ, with a pack of “journalists and analysts” banally cataloging “every call in every Major League game”. Their love-language is insult and slander. 4 Quote
