Is there a fairly recent rule change that allows a pitcher to wear any color glove including white and gray in FED?

Not unless you know of a change coming in 2025. It would be nice if they allowed gray or white piping.

There is no rule change coming in 2025 that refers to a pitcher's glove.  The rule prohibiting a pitcher wearing a glove/mitt that includes the colors white or gray is still in effect.
