Question
Guest Jason
Situation is runners on first and second with nobody out. Runner advancing to second is struck by batted ball so ball is dead and the runner is out. Batter is awarded first base but what about the runner on second? Had a game today and they made the runner return to second. I disagreed but was overruled by tournament director.

Are you asking as a coach, or as an umpire? The TD knows the rule – When a Runner is guilty of Interference (INT) of this nature, no other Runners may advance or score except if forced to advance
