Hats that last

I do primarily Babe Ruth and Cal Ripken baseball and had to replace my hats last year. I can only find these Smitty stretch fit caps and that's what I ordered. Six months in the Florida heat the elastic is shot and now I'm looking again. Does anyone know of a company that sells Babe Ruth umpire hats that are the old school adjustable hats? Smitty stretch fit is the only thing I can find.

I had the same issue - most of the associations I work for were only offering stretch fit hats. I made nice with a local sporting goods store that would do the embroidery of the association in the hat of my choosing (Richardson fitted umpire hats). 

Of course, it costs more, but worth it in the end.
