I have, and would do so again.  (Well, maybe not as forcefully as that, but most HS/youth players aren't as big as that either.)

That was pretty forceful but I don't have a problem with simply moving a player.

Especially in youth/HS - don't go hands on with the players. Lots of video and lawyers out there.

Ask forcefully to get them to move.

Usually they're closer to the plate than I am so I'll just tap them on the back and tell them to back up.

To be honest with you, in the heat of the moment, I'd probably push them out of the way. I know that's probably not what I'm supposed to say but I think that's what I'd do.
