Locked topics don't show as locked on the posts list

Topics that have been locked used to have a "lock" next to them to show they were locked ..... now, you have to go into the thread to see it's locked.   Can that be fixed where you can see the topic is locked from the list of posts?

Some topic in the newbies section was just (in the last hour or so) locked and it shows up correctly -- at least in the way I use the system.
