New Balance 350 Base Shoes

I am thinking of buying these shoes. I was wondering if they are a true size. IOW, is a size 10 really a size 10?

I've found that the 350's are sized correctly. My problem is with the 450's which seem to run a bit small in both length and width.

Buy them you will not regret it. They are light and look really sharp.

I plan on getting the NB 450 plate shoes after my Honigs wear out. I just got them last year.

How long do plate shoes last, anyway? This is my 2nd year doing HS and plate shoes are required. If I was only doing LL, I might not have known about the plate shoes.

My first pair of plate shoes were the heavy (and I mean HEAVY) +POS high tops. They lasted about 9 years, and the heel cups became so soft that my heel would slip off center of the sole. But the leather was top notch, not a mark on them.

I finally got new ones (SpotBilt Patent Leather high tops) and will be replacing them this summer after two years. So I guess the amount of wear you get depends on the quality of the shoe. My new ones will be the New Balance. I have the base shoes and the comfort is unmatched!

Those New Balance 350 and 450 are great. They are light and look good but they are hard to keep clean with all of the overlapping leather.

I just bought a pair of the 450's and love them.. very comfy shoe...
