Hey everyone ....

This season is the first HS season where I have more than one assignor.  My new assignor sent me a note just to make sure that I "share" my calendar and that both assignors can see my games.

First of all, this makes perfect sense so they don't double-book you.  Secondly though .... why shouldn't it automatically share the calendar?  But most important, ... where do I go on Arbiter to insure all can be seen??

Thanks ...

If you already have a game in one schedule your will not appear as available in another.

It does that automatically. You can change your settings so that they can see exactly what you're doing, but it isn't necessary.

Makes perfect sense John ....  the email says "make sure Arbiter is 'sharing' your calendar .......  it sounds like it does? yes?

Also, ...I found it .....it's under MY ACCOUNT ....... then "sharing" !  :D

Thanks!
