my experience with the new plus pos hardshell CP

Well gentlemen , i have had my plus pos cp since late june ,  (you can search for the thread) . I have worn the CP for at lelast 25+ gms , every level of HS ball and every thing from U14 travel up to U18 travel , and probably some other ages i dont remember . I have taken at least 6 really serious hard shots with no serious issues , including last night working a really good U18 travel club gm . Pitcher's  throwing mid 80's consistenly . F1 & F2 got their sign crossed up and F-2 never touched the ball , i got drilled with an 85 mph pitch directly into my midchest area . "it was very loud ", said my partner , I did sense the hit but no ill effects (no pain) , i just stood there and waited for everybody to get ready for the next pitch . both coaches and most of the parents were a bit stunned due to how loud the hit was . I was stunned that i got hit , and that the catcher never got a glove up .  So i would say that this is a soild CP for any level of ball .

I'm glad to hear it as I just picked up this CP from BaltimoreUmp/ACpar72 to use as my back up rig to replace my old K1..........Ill still use my WV platinum for big boys, but look forward to using this sub varsity....seems nice and light....fit well at home......we will see how it does in game mode.....

Its nice but I like my Douglas and P200 too much to keep it
