When the batter hits a home run and is rounding the bases can he be called out if a coach/player JUST touches him (like a high five) before he reaches home? If so what rule is this?

where did this myth come from then?

It used to be part of the rule in NCAA (bench players touching the BR before he reached home) -- but I think the penalty was warning, then EJ -- not an out.
