I use the ultimate belts. Works great. Always have issues when I forget the belt. Never a problem when I wear it.

I use the ultimate, I have had the velcro wear away on my original one that is 4 years old, I simply just super glued a new strip of velcro on it and it's better than new. They work very well and I highly suggest using one of the two.

I've never used it but I know guys who do and love it. I tuck my shirts into my leggings and that works just fine. I also get shirts a size bigger for both plate and base and have them tailored to fit better so I get a little extra length out of them and I have always liked pants that fit really tight around the waist as well which helps keep everything in place. I also know of a few guys who get one of the stretchy adjustable players belts like a lot of the youth players wear and they use those to hold the shirt in. It's not a bad option if you are trying to save a few bucks and are just wanting to experiment with a belt under your pants to keep your shirt in place.

@Platejob29 If you know all the people that you allegedly know, why you not end up where you want to be?  :jerkit: :banghead: :fuel: BTW you haven't send me the shipping quote for the Mizuno black pads that you owe me since 04/03/2014.  Thank you for your timely response.

I have used the yellow flex belt and the black velcro belt and neither work as well as the Shirt Lock. The yellow rubber belts get brittle and the holes tear out after a while. The black velcro belts lose their velcro "stickiness" after less than a season. I've used the Shirt Lock for part of basketball season and all of baseball so far and it works the best.

The other alternative is suspenders that clip to your socks and your shirt tail.
