Nutty Buddy vs Shock Doctor

Took a shot to the Shock Doctor for the first time a few nights back(I've been wearing it for 2 years) .  Catcher set up outside.  Low inside pitch with me in the slot.  Pitcher throwing low 80's.  Catcher didn't touch it and one hopped straight into the Shock Doctor.  Didn't feel a thing.  The Shock Doctor is highly recommended by me.  I have not tried the nutty buddy.

They are both good.  I normally use the NB on the plate and the SD Titan Flex on the bases as it is more comfortable (for me at least).

I have been using the Shock Dr Carbon Flex and liked the fit/function. Am now using the NB and, while I like it, it definitely feels wider. I notice it more when my legs are together. I am wearing it with their compression short. I took a shot last night with no discomfort so it does it's job, but the Shock Dr fit my body style better. Having said that, the Shock Dr cracked after only a year and that is not a plus in my book.

I'd go with the NB. I used my NB for the first time today and it felt great! It was very snug, so I was adjusting after every pitch, and it was very comfortable

I bought this bad boy a few days before I started the thread about it. It is, without a doubt, solid protection for the boys.
