Are there any cites in the FED rule or casebook that have the BR out on a caught fly ball or line drive even though he was obstructed going to 1B? NCAA has it in the rule book and OBR has it in the MLBUM but I can't find a FED cite.

It's mentioned in the MLBUM more because it's an example of when not to call time when a BR is obstructed before reaching 1st base, because you have to wait and see if the ball is caught. In FED all OBS is DDB so that might be a reason there's no other mention in the FED book
