The Magistrates, yes, but not the NB 460s. At least I have never seen them that cheap. Plus I know that a lot of guys like to order from stores and don't like using ebay.

Magistrates are exempt from promotional codes. The NBs are good to go

I did not even check to see if certain things were exempt. The only shoes I have ever bought on Shoebuy were NBs.
