Should this coach of be gone?

Not every ejected that night.

So i was up at the states for 12u and 8u girl softball fast pitch.  New umpire to the state i won't use her real name. I'll call her Cate, So Cate was doing u8 game and she confuses obustrtion/interfrence call, the coach/maanger got upset and got the fans to call her the b word and no good umpire.She was ok after the other umpire spoke to her (i had a game to do i could tell she was upset after the game) So i was glad they help her out.Anyways once the uic and DC heard what happen. The next day i was suppose to have this coach next morning but my uic did the game instead and warn that if she or any coach walk or even come to them they be thrown out.DC sat right in the stands of the team that said that to Cate.  I heard DC said he call someone about what happen that night.

Yes that coach should have been ejected, and suspended. If it was my decision, I would have suspended the coach for the rest of the season. Inciting the fans to abuse an umpire is unforgivable, IMHO. Shame on the adults in the stands who participated, as well.

Any coach inciting spectators or any one else to "rally" against the umpire needs to be dumped on the spot and suspended.

I agree i think she just didn't want to eject cause it was her first time at the states.  I learn part of my issue when i had a game here. and i learn to make sure i don't say it   Nothing bad.

 

my game i couldn't hear time being called cause of a pervious injury on another inning the crowd was getting reckless and screaming at people and us to send runners back. You are only granted time you don't get time. I apoglise to coach i couldn't here him after i learn about it. But i was not the only whom couldn't here

Coach is an idiot and should have been kicked period. It's great that the UIC handled the next game but it shouldn't have been needed, he should have been gone. On the other hand out sounds like the umpire was at states too soon.<br /><br />Sent from my C771 using Tapatalk 2<br /><br />

I only asked because if this happened twice in such a short span of time, it may have been time to look for another place to umpire!

I'm with Michael though it's all peachy that the UIC handled it, but your not showing alot of support for the umpires that got you there.  We don't have the entire story so there could obviously be other factors there.
