I think it is another example of great timing, just like the Timmons play the other day.   Watch everything.  Decide.  Announce.  

 

I froze several frames where it wasn't conclusive whether the runner was in contact with the bag during the entire tag.

 

Throw beat him, but that doesn't necessarily mean that is why he was called out.
