Leg Guards Buckles

The Buckles on my All-Stars LGU1000's are rusting pretty bad.

 

Anyone know where I can get replacements? Other than All-Stars?

I have a different problem...

 

My shins squeek when I walk. I only notice it when I walk to and from the field. Obviously, I don't want to put anything oil based on it for the sake of my pants. I did put some silicone on but that was short lived. 

 

Any thoughts.

Rub wax or bar soap on the joints where they squeak
