I do admit I liked the days of C A S H.  $$.$$  I kept a written journal of my games back then, and would check off the moneys paid as per the games. Schools would pay the assignor, then he would write me a check. When he wrote me a nice check, I bought him a case of beer! It was a win win all the way!

All our game fees are paid to our assignor. We can request to be paid every two weeks and he will cut us a cheque. Personally I usually prefer to be paid at the end of each year. Makes for a nice chunk of change every October

We have two methods of payment for our HS association.

 1) Pre-paid schools: Many of our schools pay our assc. for the entire season, including one entire school system. We have had trouble getting umpires paid by that system, and we now require their schools to pay upfront. Many other schools pay upfront by choice. Our treasurer pays us every second Sunday for those games.

B: Voucher Games: The balance of our schools pay by voucher, generally within two weeks. IF the school drags out payment, our Director usually handles it for the umpire.

Fill out information at the site and checks are mailed from the school/school district and usually have the check within a week. Summer league/ Little League games are cash on site or check comes in the mail the day after game.
