Tonight I'm playing in a volleyball league that my neighbor is in. She needed a temp for part-time playing. I hope that I don't fall and break an ankle. Will be taping up like old broke down running back. Wish me good health and keep your "break a leg" comments to a dull roar. I'm hoping it will provide me with some good cardio prior to the season. We will have to see.

For Volleyball? Dude, how old are you? When I was in the Army at Fort Bragg the only competitive sport my unit was allowed to play was volleyball since the command thought we could play that without killing or hurting each other. To my knowledge no one went to the hospital or the medic for a volleyball injury. Now basketball, touch/flag football, soccer, etc. even frisbee (ultimate-it's a game, trust me)-they all became COMBAT football, COMBAT whatever... and somebody went to the hospital thus affecting our combat readiness and thus the rule against competitive sports amongst soldiers and units other than volleyball.

Anyway, good luck with that. Hope you don't need it.

I played ultimate in college a few times I really couldn't get into it. But ECU did have a pretty cool frisbee golf course. There are a number of games which don't exist beyond a college campus like inner-tube water polo.
