Going by the players reaction since he was watching the ball intently the whole way and not the umpire, he ducks his head because he knows it is foul. He does not give one reaction in his face that says that ball is fair, only foul, and he doesn't even try to beg or put one over on the umpires with any other actions like some would do.

They always forget the umpire's angle as the most likely best angle.

There is no 3 dimensional TV replay. People/fans forget that pictures and even HD TV is 2 dimensional. A live umpire see's in 3 dimensions and can sight depth. Unless someone invents a true 3 D replay, I think the eyes on the field will always be better in these calls.

That being said, the replays are interesting on how it looks different based on angle. (More argument against IR?)
