Seriously .... I rotate between my Douglas, and my All-Star, ...love them both! I've been comtemplating going w/ a shorter CP ...and when this came up, I thought it'd be perfect! If it doesn't work out, I KNOW I can always let it go for a profit. Plus, a new 13" is way too expensive! This is juuuuuuuuust right! :D

It's not cheap really, ....but it's MUCH CHEAPER than getting one brand new. Here is the quote from Jeff @ Douglas:

Reconditioning is $50

T-hooks & slots $20

Custom Flaps $25

Remember we no longer have black Flaps, Gray or White Only.

Total $95 plus tax and shipping

And, reconditioning includes this:

We clean/sanitize the cushions, and basically take it all apart and rebuild it, replace the velcro on the plastic, repair any cushion tears, repair anything that is broken, and replace the straps

When I saw what they did, that price didn't bother me that much! No ...it's much cheaper than ordering new (the way I'd want it)

So I'm interested in buying a Douglas. How do thy compare to my platinum? I feel based on what I've seen from Douglas' they will be slimmer on me and that's what Im looking for because I'm not a very stocky guy. (6'3 180)
