Hello RefPay

Why everyone doesn't pay cash on the spot or use RefPay is beyond me.

Over the years, Ive run into one or two of these types...........

• Once at a tourney, the assignor was to pay us all in cash after the tourney.......came out, he was skimming $5 off per umpire / per game.......and collected an assignors fee from the tourney......
  
• At another association, the assignor was getting paid by the schools and it was quietly known if you didnt kick pack $3-$5 per game assigned you wouldnt get any games........
  

Now I dont mind paying an fee to an assginor for the convenience, but its bad enugh to chase leagues,an nd coaches after games to get paid....much less one of our own.....

Sadly, it happens all the time. If I pay a booking fee, I get 100% of game fees. No booking fee, assignor can collect per game, but from league, not me.
