Interference ?

Situation R3 and stealing. Pitcher is astride the rubber and throws to catcher to try to retire the R3 coming home. The batter hits the ball. Interference ?

I would say batters interference.

But I dont know who is out. Is it one of those things were less than 2 out runner is out or is batter out and runner back to third.

Had a similar situation last spring. Definitely INT, and R3 is out with less than two, batter is out with two.
