I gotta try moving that little pad. I had my first game of the year yesterday and it rubbed a mark on my neck that's still there

Move it up till you think it's enough, and then move it a lot more... And then maybe a touch more? Seriously, I've moved mine further up 3-4 times. Now it's about as far as it will go and it's good.

Like you I have a thick neck! 18 -18 1/2. My first CP was an old +POS ribbed CP. When I first got it, it squeezed the sides of my neck terribly and was incredibly uncomfortable. What I did was put

I had an umpire clinic this weekend and got to try out this CP. I like everything except the two pads on the side. They keep going forward underneath my shirt. Has anyone else had this issue, or even removed them. On the photos you will see them on the front photo and they looked removed on the back photo

Yes, I have the same issue. It's more of an annoyance than anything. I'm considering cutting them off.

Yours aren't attached with velcro? Mine just came right out...

I guess I never tried that. I suppose I'll do that instead of cutting them off. :-)

wow, I hope that doesn't happened to me. I haven't have to wear mine for a full game yet.
