It's very possible. Some of Gerry Davis's line of products are actually by Diamond. Like the iX3 CP and a number of the masks are Diamond with a Gerry Davis Label.

Yes, the masks are the same. As UIC said, Diamond makes a lot of GD's stuff with GD's logo on it.

The replacement pads I would say are the same that are on the mask on GD's site.

Why would they? Odds are they are going to try and sell the same mask with their GD brand name on it for more money than you could buy the Diamond mask elsewhere.

Look on the Davis site at the Feather Weight mask and the Ice Gray Diamond Mask. They are identical - and sell for $10 more than Ump Attire sells the Diamond Feather Weight mask for. Makes sense to me for them to retain their specific brand name at the hope of fetching a higher price.

It's because they're all buying them from the same Chinese factory. They're coming out of different doors of the same building. Look at the Diamond, Schutt, Pro9, Champro, etc light weight single bar. They're nearly identical. Plus, the pads are all the same. Cheap, flimsy junk.
