What are the essential materials that should be in every umpires library?

in particular i am thinking of the essentials for a beginning umpire, but all recommendations are gladly welcomed.

Books (rules, mechanics, etc), Dvds etc

Just be sure with the mechanics manuals your association uses CCA. Believe it or not some actually do use FED. I know I'm in one.
