I just now saw it. I've always liked He-who-shall-not-be-named just because he used to do the Mets games locally, but this was pretty bad.

With all the bad calls this post season why dig into this one that was as close as could be and needed to be called one way or the other? He said he was going by Hunters reaction

Right after that he spends 5 minutes praising the Angels catcher for a play that happened the inning before w/o giving any credit to Texeira's stretch on that play.

I wouldn't give him the satisfaction. That is the kind of stuff he wants. This kind of talk keeps him his job. No matter how bad he is, people still watch. The ignorant ones think he is right and know no better. The rest who know he is wrong continue to watch to see what the next stupid thing will be to come out of his mouth and rag him on it.

He wants any controversy he can get b/c people continue to watch. He kept hounding Deion Sanders and look what happened. Deion gave him what he wanted and He-who-shall-not-be-named still has a job. Deion probably promoted his BS more than anyone.
