Had a weird situation in a Dixie Youth ball game last night. The call made was on the break-up of a double play. Before I go into the details, I'd like to get takes on what the rule is for breaking up a double play. Does intent to interfere matter? Is the baserunner entitled to the base path? Things like that... who's got the ruling?
