You have a knack for unpopular opinions. Merry Christmas. -

Don't drink the local coffee, it's disgusting. The coffee shacks are way better than the coffeehouses. Also, don't come in early July or late August (that's when those photos were taken) -

It IS a base, crazily enough. And we use normal baseballs, we just change them every play and the batboy has to wring them out in the dugout. -

I'm thinking it's alcohol in that umpires cup because I know that umpire. -
oh I mean I'm sure none of you were following along at home but I get knocked out in the second round. I've decided to take my talents to twitter and rap about Brannon Braga purely to stroke his ego and get me an in.

FOOTBALL? Come on! It's hockey season! (And as a Seattle fan it would be too shocking to my heart to root for the Habs or the Lighting. Go Leafs!)

I don't like em. Too many people wear his jersey.

Ben Miller. On a somewhat related note, they just put up my hype bio on their Facebook and absolutely mutilated my headshot with some SH*#ty editing program. But they did call me "the freshest young talent" and say that my poems were memorable and brought people to the edges of their seats.

Biography ended up being "Ben Miller asked his father for help writing a two line autobiography. His father said "Take your clothes out of the dryer when you get home."

Back in July I won a poetry slam at the local level. On the 21st I'm going to be competing against other (some are published) poets for what the organization calls "Eternal Fame" and also 500 dollars. I get my own promotional poster hung up around town and everything. Now I just need a two sentence bio for said poster. :0
