i have the ball bags and the long shirt. They both are pretty good for the price.

i use a HSM. it is not the best in the Mississippi heat in the summer, but a few years a go i took a shot to the head with a traditional mask and i went down. we as umpires are always looking out for the players, coaches, and fans safety but we must also look out for our own. Every game you call you are getting older and the game is getting faster. it the technologically is out there for umpire safety i am going to use it.

yeah i had it done two years ago. it was the best money i ever spent. i am at about 20/15. not bad for a guy who has worn glass since 1st grade.

i like the reebok and just found the blk/blk zig vero iv on ebay. they should be in very soon can't wait to wear them.

i got the 460s. the bad thing is they come a loose in the front where the cover attaches. i have worn them on about 30 plates and have had to put them in the shoe shop twice. which is better and cheaper than sending them back. but other than that they are great plate shoes.

i sold two pair this year and upgraded to the good poly wool. just saying i dont like them

i took mine to my shoe man and he used a black dye and it looked great .

i have a HSM Wilson with the shock absobers. love it. took one off the face the other day and my ear was ringing for the rest of the game. it felt as if i took a shot from the heavyweight champ. lol

Worked a ncaa practice game on yesterday. Started out in u3. I found out early that using the stop watch will take some practice. Seeing some pitch helped out a lot. A lot of rust. But will be in midseason form by season open.
